The base material is the first thing to look at when choosing gloves. We offer natural latex and nitrile gloves. Nitrile is a compound that originates from natural rubber but with the extra processing step that helps remove all latex proteins, a factor that causes latex allergy. Despite the more complicated processing, nitrile gloves manufacturing has been improved to a much higher cost-effective level and the nitrile gloves become just as affordable as latex gloves. Among different types of latex-free gloves, nitrile gloves are more outstanding in terms of protection against viruses and chemical substances. At Visun, we provide both natural latex and nitrile gloves that fit your needs.
The powder is another factor to consider when choosing gloves. Some people prefer powder gloves because they make donning easier and faster. Powder gloves can also reduce sweat in hot weather and their prices are usually lower than their powder-free counterpart. However, if you are working in fields related to food or mechanics and your gloves require high oil and chemical resistance then powder-free can be a better choice. Powder-free products are also more skin-friendly since it eliminates the risk of having corn allergy.

Visun Nitrile gloves got qualified from ISO for Food Safety management, making this product applicable to food handling tasks. Our nitrile gloves are powder-free so there is less risk of leaving any portion of the corn starch (powder) inside the gloves in the food served to other people who can possibly be allergic to such powder.
Our nitrile gloves are tested to have better resistance to chemicals when compared to other latex made gloves. However, some strong graded chemicals can eventually pass through. For daily usage, given that you use and store gloves correctly, nitrile gloves should protect you from common chemicals.
We consider Nitrile as an environment-friendly material. Nitrile gloves can be recycled but with a special separate recycling bin and you will need to contact experienced companies to carry this out. Nitrile gloves are also biodegradable but take a bit longer to degrade than latex disposable gloves.
